Old-fashioned service with respect and trust.

Kris Ivey

The three words that best describe Kris are energetic, trustworthy and dedicated.

Kris has a reputation for forming long-lasting relationships with his clients, which has been a key component of his impressive sales career. One of his greatest strengths is the ability to be able to communicate with people of all age groups. Being born and raised in a little country town called Warwick has distilled in Kris his country charm and work ethics.

Kris started his management career early at the age of eighteen managing a team of over thirty people and starting up Big W’s largest distribution warehouse in Southeast QLD. It was here that Kris learnt the complexities involved in starting up new businesses and what it took to achieve success.

Kris then moved to the big city of the Gold Coast and worked for an Australian based Audio-Visual company where he quickly became the company’s highest ranked salesperson, whilst also managing a team within their newly created home automation department.

Using all the skills he had acquired in the home automation industry, Kris then made his move into ownership of his own home automation company. With his business acumen and ability to form long-term loyal relationships with clients the business grew quickly and generated over $4 million dollars of revenue each year.

In 2009 Kris started his career in property sales and moved into the Retirement and Aged Care industry successfully setting a new benchmark in retirees and seniors living. Since then, Kris has personally sold over $200 million dollars’ worth of property and helped thousands of people transition into community living. In addition to his successful sales history, Kris also played a significant role with the concept design of the entire business model for multiple communities. In 2014 Kris became co-owner of The Henley on Broadwater Luxury Lifestyle Resort which set an even higher benchmark for seniors living and aged care. Kris and his team rapidly sold all the 108 apartments and developed a long waiting list of people wanting to move into the community.

In 2022, Kris sold out of The Henley on Broadwater to broaden his passion for property sales and helping a greater diversity of people to live a better life. He joined forces with Danielle Runge and expanded Luminise Trusted Care Group to focus on residential sales, helping people transition into seniors living and Specialist Disability Accommodation.

Kris has a passion to succeed at everything he does and to help people find their best living environments. Whether it is selling your home, transitioning into seniors living or disability housing, you can be assured that with Kris and with his experience and skillset, you will always be treated professionally with the appropriate empathy, understanding and respect.
